This ultra-light pin binding is even more suitable for renting and comes with a pre-mounted brake. The toe is mounted on a weight-optimised board with a scratch-proof scale and can be adjusted without tools by simply pressing a lever. Combined with an extended heel adjustment range of +/-15mm, adjustment to almost any sole length is possible in no time. The Alpinist offers active length compensation when the ski flexes and an impressive power transfer downhill due to a 38 mm drill pattern. A carbon-reinforced toe provides great stiffness and comes with anti-ice pads and integrated elastomers for easy stepping in. The heel features a climbing aid with 5° and 9° angles and can be quickly and easily switched between hike and ski mode.
